今日の福岡は、小春日和。
とっても気持ちイイお天気です(^^)

三日月と明けの明星、そして夜明けのグラデージョンがとても美しい朝でした。
さて、今日の１枚は「春の新じゃがいも（馬鈴薯）」。
じゃがいもといえば北海道のイメージですが、
実は長崎県の佐世保や雲仙、出島は、
全国でも評判の高いじゃがいもの産地です。
春の新じゃがの生産高は長崎県が日本第一位なんですよ(^^)
当店でお届けしているじゃがいものは赤土で育ちます。
赤土は430万年～150万年の粘土質の土壌で、
赤土内の栄養のバランスや水はけがよく、
表皮のきめの細かく実が締まった、
ほくほくのじゃがいもができます。
皮が薄く荷くずれしにくいので、
皮をたわしなどでキレイに洗って、
皮つきのままじゃがバターやポテトフライ、
おでんの具にもおススメ！
今、お届けしているじゃがいもは、手のひらサイズの２Lサイズなので料理しやすいですよ〜
